CROSS POINTE DEVELOPMENT GETS UNDER WAY IN WESTON
 GREEN BAY, Wis. – Veteran business consultant and corporate financial
officer Frank Clark has joined Direct Development Inc. as the award-
winning development firm’s chief financial officer.
A Certified Public Accountant, Clark most recently served as managing
consultant and interim CFO for CFB, Inc., in Fort Collins, Colo. He previously
served as vice president/ CFO for several large Midwestern specialty
contractors and home builders dating back to 1985. In these positions he accomplished an initial public offering (IPO), several multi-bank financing
agreements, and private placement of equity and debt.
Clark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Drake University in
Des Moines, Iowa.
